Thank you for visiting my page and choosing me for your health journey! I love meeting new people and helping meet their nutritional and health goals! First I like to start with a conversation to get to know each other little bit. Gives me an opportunity to to answer any questions you may have, and its a great way to see if we are a fit for each other! This complimentary consultation is over the phone kinda like a meet and greet lasting approx 20 mins. From there we will set up a Coaching Start Up Session where we get more in depth into your goals. This is a one time invaluable meeting to get your journey started. During that meeting we will discuss what the best plan for you moving forward would be. I’ve listed below a simple outline of the different plans, but keep in mind health is individualized so these would catered to your EXACT needs. Coaching Start Up session- $55 (One time)

This is an in depth conversation so that I can gather as much information as I can. It will ensure I fully understand goals and what is a priority to the client. This meeting is an in person preferably, or over the phone if meeting in person doesn’t work. We will discuss goals, realistic expectations, preferred ways of communication, establish level of coaching needed, and develop a plan and how to execute it together. This meeting will take no less than an hour but could be up to an hour and a half.

Moving forward– Building a Coaching Plan specific to your goals.

Coaching Plans- 

Macro Check- $35/month 

This plan is for the client who has experience with nutritional coaching who need a little guidance and very few check ins from coach. This plan is NOT for anyone looking to lose weight. (Macro check for maintenance only)  How check ins are done, such as phone calls/texts or email, will be decided during the start up session.

Level 1- $65/month (with 3 month min)

This plan is for the client who may have some experience but needs guidance on nutrition. This client may also want help with example meals or suggestions. Level 1’s receive weekly check ins on day discussed by coached in start up session. How check ins are done, such as phone calls/texts or email, will be decided during the start up session. Client will have access to reach coach via text or email throughout the week upto 1 time other than designated check ins.

Level 2- $80/month (with 3 month min)

This plan is for the client who has less experience and needs more guidance on nutrition. This client needs help with creating habits, accountability, and help creating and/or suggested meals. Level 2’s receive weekly check ins that would cover more, such as going over meals for the week.  How check ins are done, such as phone calls/texts or email, will be decided during the start up session. Client will have access to reach coach via text or email throughout the week upto 2 times other than designated check ins. 

Athlete Level 2- This plan is for the athlete that wants more accountability but is mostly maintaining weight with a focus on performance. 

Level 3- $95/month (with 3 month min)

This plan is for the client who has little to no experience and needs the most guidance on nutrition. This client needs help building weekly grocery lists, help building habits, and help creating and/or suggested meals. Level 3’s receive weekly check ins that would cover more than Level 2’s, like going over grocery lists and meals for the week. How check ins are done, such as phone calls/texts or email, will be decided during the start up session. Client will have access to reach coach via text or email throughout the week upto 3 times other than designated check ins. 

Athlete Level 3- This plan is for the athlete that needs more accountability and may be cutting for a competition while trying to maintain focus on performance.
